IDC Consulting, Inc. can assist with your hardware needs. We provide on or off site services including installation, upgrading and repairing hardware.

If you aren’t sure what you need, we can help you decide. Through discussions with you we can determine your needs and recommend a solution based on your estimated budget. We can also help you to set up your new system and explain how to use them. Let us help you buy your next computer, accessory, or software program!

Computer Hardware Services – New Systems
If you are looking for a new computer or many new computers for your home or office, we recommend Dell or Gateway systems. Both companies offer a quality, dependable product that includes a warranty. We are a reseller for both and can give you a competitive price. If you want a system other than Dell or Gateway, we can also offer other solutions. We do not offer configured systems on our site due to constantly changing technology and prices. If you may be interested in a system, please contact us with your needs and budget and we will provide a quote to you. When a system is ordered, we can have the system delivered directly to you if you do not require any additional setup or configuration. If you prefer the setup of your system, we can do that at our office and then deliver your system to you, or we can set it up directly at your home or office. These services would be determined through a discussion with you to determine your exact needs and estimated time required. The cost would vary, depending on the services to be provided.

Computer Hardware Services – Upgrades and Repairs
We can also upgrade existing computer systems, with upgrades such as hard drive, memory, CD or DVD writers, etc. We can also assist with the purchase and installation of other items such as monitors, printers and other accessories.
